You will analyze business results, identify key trends and variances, and translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.\nWhat you’ll be doing at albo:\nSupport the preparation and ongoing update of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.\nActively participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in collaboration with Accounting and other teams.\nPrepare monthly financial reports, management presentations, and KPI tracking.\nAnalyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nMonitor revenue, COGS, operating expenses, and profitability across business lines and cost centers.\nMaintain and improve financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and profitability assessments.\nSupport budget monitoring and expense control across departments, providing visibility into spending trends and deviations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate financial reporting, controls, and analysis processes.\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and actionable insights to support management decisions and business initiatives.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Business, Product, People, and other teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.\nAbout you and what type of skills you'll need:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSolid experience in Banking or Fintech, ideally in FP&A, financial planning, financial analysis, or controlling.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance metrics.\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience building and maintaining financial models.\nExperience preparing management reports and analyzing actuals against budget and forecast.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to have:\nExperience in a fast-paced technology company or startup environment.\nFamiliarity with BI and data visualization tools.\nKnowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting automation.\nExperience supporting monthly closing processes and collaborating with Accounting teams.\nAdvanced English
