Calibration and preventative maintenance will be performed in-house or off-site based on business need.\nOn-Site Expectations\n100% on-site position.\n1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.\nResponsibilities\nPrerequisite to performing calibration procedures: signed off on Metrology Policy and Metrology Workflow.\nTrain and operate in accordance with current procedures and Work Instructions.\nUnderstand interval and tolerance relating to calibration.\nReport questionable calibration results to direct supervisor for evaluation and determination.\nSet up metrology equipment.\nEnter data into the Metrology Database.\nAbide by ISO 17025, ISO 9001 and NVLAP principles.\nMaintain good housekeeping practices.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School diploma, Military, Technical School, or Associate’s Degree required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAttention to detail and accuracy are essential.\nComputer literacy especially in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nElectronic, electrical, and mechanical skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nGood reporting skills.\nAbility to multitask.\nGood time management skills.\nGood organizational skills.\nOperate under GxP guidelines.\nHonesty, integrity, and confidentiality.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
