The Production Line Leader will coordinate workflows, support training for production associates, and maintain accurate packaging documentation-all while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. The Line Leader serves as a bridge between production teams and management, ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).\nOn-Site Expectations\n100% on-site position.\n2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm.\nResponsibilities\nLine Operations & Oversight\nOversee daily activities on the packaging line to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.\nVerify adherence to all packaging specifications and GMP requirements.\nSupport smooth handoffs between shifts and maintain open communication across teams.\nTraining & Team Development\nTrain and mentor packagers to perform tasks safely and effectively.\nProvide real-time feedback and support to improve team performance.\nPromote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to production goals.\nDocumentation & Compliance\nComplete all packaging-related forms and documentation accurately and on time.\nCollaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances or deviations.\nEnsure production data is recorded in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.\nPrior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred.\n3+ years of working inside a Pharmaceutical cGMP environment is required for consideration.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.\nAbility to identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.\nComfortable working on your feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, or climbing stairs.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met or encountered by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
