This role reviews shipping documentation, coordinates logistics, maintains accurate real-time inventory records in the electronic inventory system, assigns work, and communicates expected deliverables and timelines. The Sr. Supervisor, Warehouse also leads investigations, supports troubleshooting, and develops staff to meet current and evolving business needs.\nOn-Site Expectations\n100% on-site position.\n1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.\nResponsibilities\nOversees the receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials.\nReviews documentation, coordinates logistics, and manages real-time inventory in the electronic inventory system.\nEnsures accurate inventory records and effective control of warehouse materials.\nConducts periodic cycle counts and year-end physical inventories in accordance with established standards.\nCoordinates logistics and shipping or courier services in accordance with client specifications and company standards.\nDevelops and manages department schedules based on business needs.\nOversees workflow and productivity of staff.\nLeads internal investigations related to warehouse and supply chain activities.\nCollaborates cross-functionally to resolve open investigation items and maintain effective client communication.\nCommunicates effectively with vendors to ensure timely and adequate supply of materials.\nTroubleshoots technical issues within the department.\nEnsures the timely completion of all required cGMP and company training.\nAttracts, develops, and retains a high-performing team through effective selection, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.\nRepresents the department in meetings, collaborates, and cooperates to achieve cross-functional improvements and business goals.\nCreates departmental systems and fosters a culture of continuous improvement focused on value to the customer.\nManages the day-to-day operations for assigned area.\nEnsures all staff members are fully trained.\nParticipates in and supports client visits, audits, and inquiries to ensure complete fulfillment of requests and interests.\nRecruits, trains, develops, and retains staff for the effective process of departmental operations.\nProvides technical guidance for troubleshooting and investigating simple to complex issues in area of expertise.\nEffectively resolves quality issues and concerns in a timely manner.\nCreates strong and effective relationships with clients.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.\n4+ years of hands-on working experience in a regulated (cGMP) environment.\n2+ years of leadership experience.\nPrevious experience with cGMP Drug Product manufacturing required.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of cGMP, finished goods inspection, hazardous materials, inventory management, and manufacturing required.\nKnowledge of reviewing batch records, CAPA, pharmaceuticals, and investigations/event reporting preferred.\nAwareness of Lean Manufacturing and 5S preferred.\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop others are required.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills are required.\nStrong documentation skills and high attention to detail.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and use time effectively.\nWorking knowledge of SAP is required.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems is required.\nTravel Expectations\n Up to 5% domestic travel.\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
