Writing code is no longer the constraint. Judgement is. You'll own architecture and delivery across our core platform, and you'll be measured on the quality of the systems you design and the mistakes you prevent, not on lines of code.\nWhat we're looking for\nDesign judgement earned the hard way. You can explain why a design is wrong, not just that it feels wrong.\n\nA track record of systems that stayed maintainable, not just shipped.\n\nFluency with agentic development: specs first, agents as a force multiplier, with a verification loop.\n\nRange across backend, front-end and DevOps, with Python at the centre.\n\nLow ego. You listen first and work toward consensus.\n\nWhere this is not a fit\nIf your value is measured in lines of code.\n\nIf you want to manage a team.\n\nIf you need a fully asynchronous relationship with your colleagues.\n\nHow we work\nSmall team, low process, high trust.
