You'll turn priorities into plans, plans into execution, and make sure the company runs well while it grows quickly.\nWhat you'll do\nDrive company planning, goal-setting and the operating cadence that keeps teams aligned.\n\nLead high-priority strategic projects from scoping through execution.\n\nBuild the reporting and analysis leadership uses to make decisions.\n\nDesign and improve how we work across commercial, delivery and product.\n\nOwn special projects across hiring, partnerships, pricing and expansion.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nExperience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a strategy and operations role at a high-growth company.\n\nStrong analytical skills and clear, structured writing.\n\nA track record of getting things done across teams without formal authority.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and being an early hire without a finished playbook.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in life sciences, healthcare or enterprise software.\n\nWhy join\nOur goal is to cut years off clinical development timelines.
