From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.\nTrusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Account Executive. You will be Alchemy’s tip of the spear in the Solana ecosystem - building, closing, and expanding partnerships with top apps, infra providers, and ecosystem players. You’ll be equally comfortable in a hackathon booth, on a stage at Breakpoint, or in a multi-threaded deal cycle with a Series B founder and their engineering lead. This is a builder’s role. You’ll shape our Solana GTM engine from the ground up - from identifying the most strategic accounts to partnering with product and engineering on roadmap priorities.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive new business and expansion within the Solana-native developer ecosystem across DeFi, NFTs, gaming, infra, and emerging categories.\n\nLeverage your existing Solana network to open doors, accelerate trust, and shorten sales cycles.\n\nCollaborate directly with the Solana Foundation, SuperTeams, and ecosystem partners on joint GTM motions.\n\nRepresent Alchemy at top Solana events, hackathons, and community meetups globally.\n\nRun a tight product feedback loop with our Solana engineering team to keep us ahead of the competition on performance and features.\n\nWork closely with marketing on co-marketing, case studies, and success stories that make “Powered by Alchemy” a mark of trust in Solana.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nDeep relationships in the Solana ecosystem and the ability to activate them.\n\n5-8+ years in B2B sales or BD with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets in high-growth, technical markets.\n\nExperience closing partnerships with startups and scaling teams, ideally in dev tooling, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.\n\nThe ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous markets - and to build the playbook as you go.\n\nA genuine passion for Web3, crypto infrastructure, and Solana’s mission.\n\nBenefits and Perks\nMedical, Dental, & Vision\nGym Reimbursement\nHome Office Build-out Budget\nIn-Office Group Meals\nCommuter Benefits\nFlexible Time Off\nWellbeing & Mental Health Perks\nLearning & Development Stipend\nCompany Sponsored Conferences & Events\nHSA and FSA Plans\nFertility Benefits\nAlchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity.
