As Human Resources Manager for the Wagerup Alumina Refinery and Gallium Critical Mineral Plant, you will sit at the heart of the site leadership team shaping the people strategy for an established, industrially complex operating environment while supporting an important growth project.\nPartnering closely with the Operations Manager and leaders across the business, you will lead a small Human Resources and Learning and Development team to turn workforce priorities into practical outcomes that strengthen capability, engagement and performance.
