reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.\nAbility to follow and update SOPs, supporting documentation, and audit evidence with guidance.\nControls, Compliance & Service Delivery\nBasic understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.\nExposure to SOX or a control-based environment is an advantage.\nAbility to complete assigned finance activities in line with defined procedures, timelines, and quality standards.\nGood attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, audit-ready work.\nIdentifies reconciling items or reporting issues and escalates them to senior team members when needed.\nParticipates in continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain routine finance matters.\nAble to coordinate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.\nAble to organize assigned tasks and meet deadlines with appropriate
