The Associate, General Engineering (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for analyzing technology trends, designing processes, and resolving engineering issues. You will document service logs, prepare reports, and support project planning, requiring attention to detail and reliability.\nIn this role, a typical day will include:\nPerform business support or administrative tasks to enhance business operations through accurate task completion\nAssist in analyzing technology trends and designing new processes, as well as modifying and improving existing ones\nEvaluate and resolve issues related to manufacturing, design, quality, and material engineering\nDocument and maintain service logs\nPrepare reports for product failure analysis and serviceability issues\nSupport project planning and execution\nFollow established procedures with limited decision-making authority\nAdhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring quality control\nComplete all required training and contribute to organizational compliance\nDemonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to support team performance.
