This role supports a population of approximately 250+ associates and serves as a key advisor on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and employee relations.\nIn this role, a typical day will include:\nPartnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.\nLeveraging workforce insights and people data to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and drive informed decision-making.\nLeading key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and associate development initiatives.\nCoaching leaders on employee relations matters, change management, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions.\nCollaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services teams to deliver exceptional associate experience and implement enterprise HR initiatives.\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: \n\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\n7+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.\nExperience supporting commercial organizations; experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.\nExperience leading performance management, talent management, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and employee relations activities.\nStrong ability to interpret people data and workforce analytics and translate insights into business-focused recommendations and actions.\nStrong stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.\nCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.\nHOW YOU
