This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.\nThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment used in aseptic filling, packaging, and manufacturing operations. This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, machine changeovers, equipment setup, and technical troubleshooting to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. While this position is primarily mechanical in nature, candidates with solid electrical troubleshooting experience and knowledge of industrial automation systems are highly desired.
