The Operator I, Quality Control Labs (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for handling manual or operational tasks in the Quality Control Labs to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You will inspect, test, and analyze products and raw materials using various analytical techniques and lab equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. \nSpecifics Include:\nHandle manual or operational tasks in the Quality Control Labs as per guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes\nOperate within defined procedures with minimal decision-making, requiring technical skills, adherence to procedures, and precision\nPerform inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications and standards\nReport test results accurately and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless integration of lab results into the manufacturing process\nAdhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training\nMeet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization by committing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
