You will be trusted to act as the global functional technical specialist for the most complex and confidential HR data issues, applying advanced analytic tools and models to perform sophisticated customer-level analyses based on data from HR and internal systems to empower senior HR and business leaders to make optimized decisions affecting people decisions and processes. This individual will create meaningful outputs to advise global leaders on complex analyses and serve as a primary subject matter expert for data enablement, models, and solutions in Fort Worth, TX.In this role, a typical day will include:\nAct as internal consultant providing expert technical, system, and statistical guidance to management and/or clients regarding workforce analysis and development projects.\nAnalyze, design, develop, test, and deploy improvements to systems, data, technologies, and processes to improve the overall accuracy and efficiency; serve as subject matter expert for various developments analyses of data reports and dashboards using Workday, Alteryx, AWS, Tableau, and custom Excel formats.\nWork with Employee Experience Team in HR, global business, and HR Business Partners to understand requirements and potential uses for predictive and descriptive analysis models; identify the underlying question behind a request and make a recommendation for how to deliver true insights.\nDevelop predictive models for attrition, performance, and recruiting demand.
