Are you ready to join us?\nJob profile summary\nResponsible for designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:\nDesigning arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout \nDesigning the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factoryconditions \nConducting tests throughout all stages of productionto determine controlover applicable variables andtroubleshooting/solvingproduction problems \nProviding guidance and inputs to product design engineering on technical specifications that willbest utilize equipmentand manufacturingtechniques. \nEnsuring that production processes and procedures are in compliancewith regulations. \nResponsible for supporting optical assembly processes, includingproper handling and cleaningtechniques of optical componentsto maintain high-qualitystandards. \nThe role requires familiarity with optical adhesives and abasic understandingof bonding chemistry to ensure effective and reliableassembly. \nKnowledge of optical systems, optical measurements and optical system performance.\nRequires understanding of compliance, pharmaceutical, biological, biochemical,medical, patent andcommercial factors. \nMake recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials; develop and inform new product design or current product upgrades to ensure manufacturability and assembly; support investigations by providing technical reports for use by regulatoryagencies/bodies. \nMin bachelor's degree in engineering, automation ect related discipline\n5-10 years NPI engineer, process engineer experience in MTO, prefer in start-ups, relevant experience in highly regulated industry with complex product lines.
