Are you ready to join us?\nThe Senior Engineering Manager, Equipment Engineering, is responsible for leading the contact lens manufacturing equipment engineering organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for design, reliability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across lens production processes.\nThe position is accountable for developing and executing equipment strategies that improve safety, quality, compliance, capacity, reliability, and cost performance while enabling future business growth at our Manufacturing Facility in Johns Creek, GA.
