This role will design and deliver in-app guidance, training experiences, and adoption strategies that help surgeons, clinical staff, patients, and commercial teams effectively use digital products. Working closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders, you will transform complex workflows into intuitive user experiences using WalkMe.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDigital Adoption & WalkMe\nDesign, develop, and maintain WalkMe solutions (Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, onboarding flows).\nConfigure targeting, segmentation, and personalization.\nOptimize adoption experiences across Digital Health applications.\nTraining & Enablement\nDevelop role-based learning journeys and training content.\nSimplify complex workflows into effective in-app guidance.\nApply instructional design and adult learning best practices.\nAnalytics & Optimization\nMonitor adoption, engagement, and completion metrics.\nIdentify friction points and drive continuous improvement.\nMeasure and report user adoption and training effectiveness.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Product, IT, Engineering, and business teams.\nGather requirements and translate user needs into adoption solutions.\nSupport digital transformation and change initiatives.\nChange Management\nDrive adoption strategies for product launches and enhancements.\nReduce reliance on traditional training through digital guidance.\nSupport communication and user engagement plans.\nKey Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:\nRequired\nBachelor's Degree with 3-7+ years in Digital Adoption, Training, Learning & Development, or Change Management.\nHands-on experience with WalkMe or similar DAP platforms (Whatfix, Pendo).\nConfiguration of WalkMe on the application.\nStrong instructional design and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.\nPreferred\nWalkMe certification (Builder I/II or higher).\nExperience with analytics, change management frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci), LMS platforms, and regulated environments.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).\nKey Competencies\nUser-centric mindset\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAnalytical and data-driven problem solving\nAbility to simplify complex processes\nAdaptability and continuous improvement focus\nSuccess Measures\nIncreased product adoption and engagement\nReduced training and support effort\nImproved workflow completion rates\nMeasurable business impact and user satisfaction\nWork hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST\nRelocation assistance: Yes\nEmployment Scams: Alcon is aware of employment scams which make false use of our company name or leader’s names to defraud job seekers.
