We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.\nAs a Sr. Associate I, GSC Lifecycle Management supporting the Global Supply Chain team, you will support execution tasks for labeling lifecycle projects, such as launches, changes and transfers, to ensure compliant, accurate and timely supply. Align expectations of stakeholders from different functions such as master data, commercial, S&OP and artwork to coordinate project tasks, follow up and report on milestone completions.\nIn this role, a typical day will include:\nSupport lifecycle team with intake, triage and bundling of Lifecycle Projects; coordinate and provide administrative support for Labeling Change Review Board meetings (presentation set ups, collecting data)\nInitiate PLRs for approved Lifecycle (LC) projects assigned to ensure compliant supply, in time and in right quality.\nCoordinate lifecycle activities for a broad variety of stakeholders: Actively seek alignment with the experts from different functions (e.g. manufacturing operations, regulatory functions, affiliates and global commercial units, Master Data Governance, Global Graphics and other Supply Chain functions) on expected timelines\nManage the complexity of projects: Able to deal with complex brand set-ups (e.g. multiple manufacturing sites, high number of SKUs for IOLs, etc.)\nHandle a certain number of projects: Able to deal with a significant number of projects assigned over different brands, incl. capability to differentiate between different priorities in order to accomplish the goal\nWorking closely with Lifecycle Specialists and Manager, assist in development and execution of complex cutover planning for LC projects regarding implementation dates with affiliates and manufacturing sites, according to the overall strategic project/ program plan\nEscalate and coordinate deviations to the implementation project plan\nSupport rationalization processes for lifecycle team.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or engineering related area\nAdvanced level of English & Spanish\n2
