The Sr. Manager, Logistics & Freight Management (Management Path), is primarily responsible for overseeing transportation, shipments, and freight forwarding, ensuring customs compliance within the supply chain. You will lead third-party vendor management, support distribution strategy development, and supervise teams to drive performance and success. This role requires leadership, project management, problem-solving, and logistics expertise to foster a culture of excellence and enhance employee engagement.\nSpecifics Include:\nOversee transportation of goods, shipments, and freight forwarding, ensuring customs compliance\nManage third-party vendors to ensure quality and service\nSupport the development of distribution strategies to optimize business performance\nSupervise multiple teams, implementing departmental plans and ensuring team success\nLead performance management, drive talent development, and make decisions affecting team operations and performance\nEnsure positive employee relations and enhance employee engagement and recognition\nAdhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality control Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance\nCommit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
