To be developed as an expert in some of the machine processes and drive improvement in equipment availability, product quality, productivity and safety while ensuring compliance to GMP, HSE and other relevant requirements.\nIn this role, a typical day will include:\nHandle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency\nSet up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment\nManage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards\nPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on LS1 modules.\nPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on LS1 Autoclaves and other supporting systems.\nTo assist the technical lead to drive improvements in equipment availability, product quality, productivity and safety.\nImprove machine performance and efficiency by providing effective troubleshooting, maintenance and engineering support for the LS1 manufacturing operations.\nSupport non-conformance investigations, field action assessments and customer complaints investigations.\nReview work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment\nAdhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation\nCommit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance\nAll associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:\nDiploma/ NITECin Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field\nMin 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/ similar role
