We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.\nAs a Vision Care Territory Manager supporting our Vision Care business, you will be trusted to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Alcon’s presence within your assigned territory. You will work closely with eye care professionals and key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and help people see brilliantly. In this role, a typical day will include:\nDelivering sales performance by achieving or exceeding assigned territory sales targets while effectively managing budgets and business priorities.\nDeveloping and executing territory and account plans that strengthen existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.\nBuilding partnerships with eye care professionals, thought leaders, and key opinion leaders to increase product advocacy, formulary acceptance, and product utilization.\nPromoting Alcon’s Vision Care portfolio by demonstrating strong clinical and commercial expertise, effectively communicating product benefits, and differentiating Alcon solutions from competitive offerings.\nMonitoring market trends, customer needs, and the healthcare landscape to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, market share, and business performance while ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nExperience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, ophthalmology, or related field sales roles.\nProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful customer relationships within a defined territory.\nStrong understanding of account management, territory planning, sales execution, and business development principles.\nAbility to communicate scientific and clinical information effectively to healthcare professionals.\nKnowledge of the healthcare environment and the ability to understand customer needs and influence decision-making.\nStrong presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nCommitment to compliance, including pharmacovigilance requirements, adverse event reporting, and corporate policies.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in ophthalmology, optometry, eye care, vision care, or other specialized healthcare markets.\nKnowledge of ophthalmic anatomy, pharmacology, disease states, and treatment pathways.\nExperience working with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision-makers.\nHOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT
