to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and repeatability.\nRegression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities are not adversely affected by new changes or updates.\nPerformance Testing: Evaluate the performance and scalability of Salesforce applications, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to improve performance.\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and conduct UAT sessions with business stakeholders to validate that the solutions meet their needs and expectations.\nDefect Management: Track, manage, and report defects using a defect tracking system, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies.\nCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.\nDocumentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defects to ensure transparency and traceability.\nRisk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to Salesforce implementations and provide recommendations for mitigation.\nTraining and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall testing capability of the team.\nTest Environment Management: Set up and manage test environments, including configuring Salesforce sandboxes and ensuring data integrity.\nReporting: Generate and distribute test execution status reports, highlighting key metrics, test coverage, and defect trends.\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful:\nExperience:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce QA testing.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.\nAbility to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.\nFamiliarity with defect tracking systems, such as Jira or Bugzilla.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.\nExperience: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in Agile development teams.\nTechnical Skills: Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and
