The group operates in more than 30 countries across all industries and disciplines on four continents.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nSupervise the day-to-day camp operations to ensure accommodation, catering, housekeeping, recreational facilities, and support services are delivered in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements.\n\nManage accommodation allocation, occupancy records, Personnel on Board (POB) reporting, office allocations, and associated administrative functions to maintain accurate camp occupancy and resource utilization.\n\nOversee reception activities, including personnel check-in and check-out processes, visitor registration, room assignments, and maintenance of accurate POB records.\n\nCoordinate travel and logistics activities, including flight bookings, flight manifests, arrivals, departures, airport transfers, and personnel movement planning.\n\nCoordinate VIP visits by ensuring accommodation readiness, conducting VIP room inspections, arranging transportation, issuing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensuring its return to designated storage location.\n\nSupervise catering operations, including food quality, menu compliance, hygiene standards, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with contractual Scope of Work (SOW) requirements.\n\nMonitor recreational facilities to ensure cleanliness, proper usage, equipment serviceability, and adherence to company rules and camp regulations.\n\nConduct regular gym inspections, ensure compliance with gym regulations, monitor equipment condition, and promote a safe environment for users.\n\nMonitor inventory levels of recreational equipment, furniture, consumables, and accessories, ensuring timely replenishment and replacement when required.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records, asset registers, and inspection reports for all recreational facilities, highlighting shortages, damages, losses, and replacement requirements.\n\nCoordinate repairs, maintenance, and replacement of damaged or defective recreational equipment to ensure continuous availability and safe operation.\n\nVerify that recreational equipment is used appropriately and in accordance with company guidelines, while minimizing loss, misuse, and unnecessary wear and tear.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nEducation: Hotel or Catering management certification or through a minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics operation and camp management as supervisor / superintendent and a suitable general knowledge in oil and gas industry\n\nFull understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, cost, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk.\n\nStrong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decisions.\n\nStrong English written and verbal communication skills required.
