Organisation Design & Performance\n\nService Dimensions\n\nTo provide analytical and administrative support for organization design, job evaluation, position management, employee data management, and performance management activities by ensuring the accuracy of organizational and workforce data, coordinating IGG issuance, maintaining job and position records, and delivering timely HR reporting and insights.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nThe incumbent is required to Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct:\n\nOrganization Design & Position Management:\n\nMaintain organizational structures, organization charts, and position inventories in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved structures.\nSupport organizational changes, restructuring initiatives, and workforce optimization activities.\n\nHR Analytics, Reporting & Workforce Insights:\n\nProduce regular and ad hoc reports on headcount, organizational structures, position movements, manpower trends, and other workforce metrics.\nAnalyze workforce data and provide insights to support workforce planning, management decision-making, and HR initiatives.\n\nHR Campaigns & Workforce Support:\n\nSupport the planning, administration, and reporting of key HR campaigns, including performance appraisals, merit increases, promotions, headcount exercises, and workforce reviews.\nTrack campaign progress, monitor completion rates, and ensure organizational and workforce data remains accurate and up to date.\n\nHR Systems & Workforce Coordination:\n\nWork closely with Manpower Coordinators and the Business Systems & Processes (HRIS) team to maintain accurate organizational, position, and workforce data.\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and reporting tools related to organization and position management.\n\nEmployee & Position Data Administration:\n\nCoordinate the creation and issuance of IGG numbers and maintain accurate employee and position records in HR systems.\nLiaise with Manpower Coordinators to ensure all required approvals, documentation, and process requirements are completed prior to the issuance of IGG numbers.\n\nGovernance & Compliance:\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, approval processes, and established organizational controls\nMaintain accurate, audit-ready records for organization design, job evaluation, position management, and related HR activities.\n\nStakeholder Support:\n\nProvide guidance to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders on organization structure, position management, and job documentation processes.\nSupport HR projects, organizational reviews, and other people-related initiatives as required.\n\nContext and Environment\n\nProvide impact (additional value or loss of value) occasioned by this position.\nInternal HR contacts (HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Manpower Coordinators, Business Systems & Processes (HRIS) team, Recruitment & Mobility team) Departmental managers and heads of divisions.\nThe position requires the ability to clearly transmit and clarify information.\n\nAccountabilities\n\nWorkforce Analytics & Reporting:\n\nOrganisation Design & Position Governance\nHR Campaigns & Operational Support\nData Management, Compliance & Stakeholder Services\n\nQualifications / Experience Required\n\nExposure to organization design, or workforce planning processes is desirable.\nExperience working with HR information systems and reporting tools.\nPower BI or other reporting tools are also an edge.\nHR analytics and reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel.\nData analysis and interpretation.
