the Role\n\n The successful candidate will coordinate logistics for Geosciences personnel and visitors, manage accommodation and transportation arrangements, provide first-level administrative support, and ensure the timely execution of logistics requests.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Coordinate logistics and administrative support for the Geosciences community.\n\n Arrange office furniture, desks, chairs, telephones, and other essential facilities for staff.\n\n Raise and follow up on requests with Logistics, Works & Maintenance, and other relevant departments.\n\n Manage the Geosciences visitors’ database and coordinate accommodation, transportation, drivers, security, radio equipment, badges, and flight confirmations.\n\n Prepare weekly logistics reports and track Geosciences mission statistics.\n\n Serve as the PTS correspondent for GSR and manage related missions and visitor records.\n\n Coordinate technical meetings, refreshments, divisional functions, and VIP visits.\n\n Maintain adequate stocks of paper and ink for GSR printers and plotters.\n\n Raise purchase requisitions promptly and monitor requests through to completion.\n\n Assess, prioritise, and follow up on logistics requests while ensuring compliance with approval procedures.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Social Sciences.\n\n Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.\n\n Very good knowledge of the TEPNG organisational structure.\n\n Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\n Excellent organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.\n\n Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.\n\n Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling VIP visitors and security
