The group operates in more than 30 countries across all industries and disciplines on four continents.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nTo adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE and to implement and control HSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.\n\nTo develop, implement and maintain procedures, means and tools in order to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control and reporting activities.\n\nTo define (and update as necessary) a suitable Work Breakdown Structure complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting, for all phases of the Project.\n\nLiaise with Cost Controllers to ensure consistency of information.\n\nTo develop, update and revise the overall Package schedules as required by Package Management, and to provide analyses and simulations of new schedules also as required.\n\nTo assist Packages Management to review and comment contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ execution schedule, to check and approve contractors’ progress measurement and progress reports.\n\nAnalyse & perform ‘what-if’ simulations & propose corrective actions when Project milestones are threatened.\n\nTo consolidate Ugandan content man-hours from the package\n\nTo define (and update as necessary) a suitable Monthly Report structure complying with Concessionaire/Partners and Project needs.\n\nTo perform the reporting activities as informed and directed by the EPC Project Controls Leader.\n\nTo develop Project Monthly Report / Project Weekly Report (and any other report as requested) during all phases of Project, as directed by the Services Leader.\n\nAs a general manner, to support the Package and Construction Management for all matters related to scheduling and progress reporting and general reporting, and to manage all activities related to scheduling and reporting (as directed).\n\nTo timely report to the Project Control Leader and the Lead planner, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nQualification:\n\nBachelor of Science or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or Construction Technology area.\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in projects, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning of projects in Oil & Gas and/or Infrastructure related industries.\n\nExtensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project and Primavera.
