The successful candidate will take charge of enterprise software development, application support, maintenance, integration, and the full application lifecycle across the organisation's operations. IT Applications\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Oversee software development projects across the full cycle, from initial planning through to implementation.\n\n Build, integrate, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications.\n\n Ensure all work aligns with established software development standards and application lifecycle procedures.\n\n Take the lead on application performance reviews, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance work.\n\n Deliver technical support and user training, coordinate acceptance testing, and provide assistance after implementation.\n\n Maintain thorough documentation covering software projects, procedures, technical workflows, and user guides.\n\n Collaborate closely with IT colleagues and service providers to diagnose and resolve application faults.\n\n Keep application downtime to a minimum and safeguard dependable access to information that is critical to the business.\n\n Contribute to the development and re-engineering of several software projects each year.\n\n Champion HSE compliance and safe working practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n A university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering, Information & Knowledge Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a comparable discipline.\n\n At least 15 years of experience spanning information systems analysis, design, software development, and management within large-scale enterprise settings.\n\n Experience supporting Exploration & Production (E&P) or Oil & Gas operations is a strong advantage.\n\n Solid working knowledge of database management systems, Windows Server and workstation environments, software development methodologies, data management, and application support.\n\nSkills and Competencies\n\n Well-developed project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\n\n Capacity to perform effectively under pressure while juggling several projects at once.\n\n Proven strengths in team building, leadership, and stakeholder
