Combining strong people leadership with technical and delivery oversight, you will foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, agile ways of working, and operational excellence while shaping the future of our development platforms and engineering capabilities. \nMy responsibilities:\nLead, mentor and develop high-performing DevOps Engineering and Application Management teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous learning \nDrive the professional growth, coaching and career development of Engineers and IT Consultants \nBuild and maintain an inclusive, collaborative and performance-oriented engineering culture \nManage employee performance through regular feedback, performance reviews and development planning \nParticipate in recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding activities to continuously strengthen the engineering organization \nOwn the successful delivery of software, platform or automation initiatives aligned with business objectives \nManage capacity planning, workload prioritization and resource allocation across engineering teams \nEstablish and monitor key engineering metrics, KPIs and SLAs to ensure sustainable delivery performance \nOversee incident management and resolution of critical situations through effective stakeholder communication and technical leadership \nSupport technology modernization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to create business value \nPartner with Architects, Product Owners and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with company objectives \nChampion agile ways of working across teams, leveraging Scrum, Kanban and DevOps practices \nThe knowledge I own:\nA DevOps Engineering background with hands-on knowledge of GitLab and Cloudsmith \nMinimum 2 years of experience leading and developing engineering teams \nProven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives in fast-paced and dynamic environments \nExperience working agile methodologies and modern engineering practices \nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences \nExcellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities \nPassion for engineering excellence, innovation and continuous improvement \nAbility to successfully lead teams through organizational and technological change \nStrong coaching and servant leadership mindset with a focus on team empowerment and growth \nSelf-starter approach with a proactive and strategic mindset \nOpen-minded and curious about emerging technologies and engineering trends \nStrong ownership mentality and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes \nExcellent English language skills;
