製造技術 / Manufacturing Engineer

職務内容

人工衛星用エンジン（推進機）の製造にあたり製品製造の工法開発をご担当いただきます。

・工法開発：製品の品質向上を目的とした組み立て工法の開発・改善

・開発部門との連携：開発段階から量産を見据えた設計レビュー、フィードバック

・量産品質の確立：量産移行に向けた品質基準の策定と品質改善活動

・生産を行うにあたって必要となる治工具の設計、管理

・受入検査基準、受入検査方法の策定

応募資格（必須）

・工業製品における工法開発、品質管理、または製造技術の実務経験

・製品の「組立工法」「製造技術」「治工具設計」「品質管理」「出荷前検査」等、製品個体の製造品質確立に直結する業務経験をお持ちの方

・英文の技術書を読むことに抵抗がない方（翻訳利用可）

・「組立工法の企画」「製造方法の開発」「工法の条件出し」等の実務経験

・宇宙製品に関する知見

賃金

*想定年収：600万～800万

*月給：500,000円～（基本給369,942円～ 固定残業代130,058円～を含む/月）

*固定残業代制 超過分別途支給/固定残業代の相当時間：45.0時間/月

* 経験・能力を考慮し、当社規定のグレードごとの給与レンジに応じて決定

つくば生産技術開発拠点：茨城県つくば市上河原崎元宮本134番地(かみかわA24の1)

勤務体系

フレックスタイム制（コアタイム：11:00~15:00）

残業：有

雇用契約：正社員（期間の定めなし）

Business Hours / 勤務時間

標準労働時間：9:00 - 18:00（休憩1時間含む）

※開発エンジニアは裁量労働制を適用
