in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification, the Senior Director of Risk Stratification will lead strategy and execution for both partnership and go-to-market efforts across Aledade’s Risk Stratification / Risk Adjustment program.\nThis leader will own end-to-end accountability for 1) proactive identification, development, and execution of Aledade field / market teams, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts, 2) strategic relationship building and partnership with Aledade’s payer partners to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation, 3) strategic relationship building and partnership with leaders at Aldeade’s multi-specialty, enterprise, FQHC, and other large strategic practices on risk stratification-related topics, and 4) identification, evaluation, contracting, and cross-functional execution of net new vendor and external partnerships that support complete and accurate diagnosis documentation.\nAdditionally, this role will 1) provide direction and strategic expertise to junior Transformation team members owning individual risk stratification / risk adjustment, EHR Overlay, and/or other strategic initiatives, including incentive and adoption programs, educational efforts, hotspotting, monitoring, and alerting development, practice and user-level prioritization and triage, and 2) coordinate with cross-functional product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders across Aledade to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts.\nThe role is expected to start as a senior individual contributor, but is expected to grow into a people manager in the near term.\nPrimary Duties:\nOwn strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts\nOwn partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation\nDirect other Transformation team members’ ideation and execution of risk stratification, EHR Overlay, and other strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise, leading cross-functional coordination across Aledade and external partners, and providing guidance on new and maturing program design, materials development, reporting and monitoring, prioritization, and value estimation\nCoordinate with cross-functional product, analytics, technology, performance, care programs, and other senior leaders across Aledade to advance collaborative risk stratification efforts\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field\n10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred\n4+ years of experience in value-based care\n4+ years of experience working on initiatives directly related to risk adjustment, risk stratification, EHR Overlay and/or Point of Care Insight Delivery, and/or scaled health tech operations\n2+ years of experience working in a central organization hub and partnering with provider stakeholders and/or field / market teams supporting provider stakeholders to design, launch, scale, and evaluate initiatives and support performance improvement\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced exploration of emerging AI tools, with additional preference given to individuals that have demonstrated ability building, scaling, and/or teaching AI tooling to broader teams\nExpert Excel skills required, including the ability to work with large, complex, & often incomplete data sets; conduct one-off complex analyses quickly; and utilize Index / Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas\nAdvanced PPT skills required, including storyboarding skills, ability to translate complex analyses and concepts into engaging slides, and ability to draft executive-level materials with limited direction\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization, tailoring communication style as appropriate based on audience\nExcellent project management skills, including proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in health care operations settings\nStrong strategic planning and analytical skills\nStrong “business analyst” toolkit, including abilities to independently prioritize, solve problems via hypothesis-driven analytical methods, manage across multiple responsibilities and projects, execute with attention to detail, and overcome ambiguity\nPoise, confidence, and maturity interacting with key stakeholders, including senior leaders\nCommitment to confidentiality and discretion in appropriately handling sensitive
