To develop software that's not just code, but a catalyst for positive change in healthcare.\nPrimary Duties:\nDevelop and implement scalable and performant solutions.\nPartner, as a peer, with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout Aledade to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.\nMentor and coach more junior engineers including thorough pull request reviews for other developers and be receptive to critical feedback on your own work.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.\n4+ years experience as an engineer as part of a cross-functional team.\n4+ years experience as an engineer building complex frontend (UI/UX) focused applications as part of a cross-functional team.\n4+ years of experience working with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember).\n2+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value.\n2+ years of experience coaching other engineers.\nPreferred KSAs:\nExperience building integration apps with health-tech systems, like Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs).\nExpertise in at least 1 server-side web technology (eg: Nodejs, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++,Go, JVM). Python preferred.\nExperience with any web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask etc).\nDeep understanding of the DOM and how the browser works.\nExperience in building chromium based apps, pluggable UIs (overlays) which work via chrome plugins / chromium apps in browsers / windows desktop. \nExperience with API design and development.\nExperience with cloud based technologies such as AWS, Azure or google cloud.\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard.
