The Technical Product Manager works alongside business owners, data analysts, and developers to define project goals, scope solutions, execute and roll out solutions. They are the interface between strategic business owners and development and ensure that Aledade creates a high-quality product with the ability to scale.\nIn this role, you will lead product discovery, definition and execution for the platforms that drive Aledade's top-of-funnel marketing engine. You will work closely with our Growth partners and end users to uncover business needs, frame problems and opportunities, and turn them into clear product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll connect business strategy to technical delivery so that Aledade's martech investments produce high-quality, scalable products and measurable business outcomes.\nPrimary Duties:\nPartner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities and ideal end state, and be able to articulate and advocate for this perspective.\nOngoing optimization of live user workflows and capabilities including monitoring of key metrics & user feedback\nWork with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution.\nWrite detailed user stories for new features, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes.\nDevelop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of product management experience in marketing technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.\nExperience using data and primary research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.\nExperience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Preferably experience with Agile / Scrum teams.\nProduct development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product.\nPreferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:\nStrong product-oriented martech domain expertise, with a clear understanding of how marketing and sales platforms, data and processes work together to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.\nBroad knowledge of the martech landscape (e.g. CDP, DAM, CMS, Marketing automation, etc.), including how unified data enables personalization and agentic marketing.\nExperience identifying and deploying high-impact AI and agentic marketing use cases that drive pipeline growth and operational efficiency.\nExperience working on or owning platforms in the marketing technology space (eg Hubspot, Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, etc).\nKnowledge of Salesforce CRM capabilities and constraints, including its standard objects, data model and processes.\nFamiliarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution and consent and preference management. Working knowledge of SQL.\nTrack record of delivering practical martech solutions that improve marketing and sales effectiveness, from process and data improvements to new platform capabilities and integrations.\nComfortable working in ambiguity and with competing stakeholder needs, bringing structure to complex problems and driving alignment on the right solution.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting for prolonged periods of time.
