based on customer impact, business risk, severity, and product quality.\nOversee PO-driven innovation across the domains this leader supports, ensuring POs are not merely taking orders or managing tickets but are actively improving the products, identifying better ways to solve user problems, and delivering experiences that delight users.\nCo-own delivery metrics, product quality metrics, and impact metrics for the domains and POs this leader oversees, using those metrics to improve team performance, product outcomes, defect management, delivery predictability, and user/customer value.\nAct as the Product Manager for the Enrollment and Plan Config domains, two complex areas that require deep domain learning, strong stakeholder management, and close partnership with Engineering, UX, Operations, Support, and Product leadership.\nOwn the product outcomes for Enrollment and Plan Config, including roadmap priorities, discovery, requirements quality, delivery tradeoffs, KPI/business impact, user/customer experience, and alignment to broader company
