This role emphasizes strong engineering fundamentals, system design, microservices architecture, and end-to-end ownership of high-impact systems. The engineer will collaborate across architecture, product, and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions aligned with business outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n1. Architecture & System Design :\n\n- Design and build scalable distributed systems using microservices architecture.\n\n- Contribute to system design decisions with focus on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.\n\n- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to align technical solutions with business domains.\n\n2. API & Backend Engineering :\n\n- Develop robust APIs using C#/.NET Core and REST principles.\n\n- Champion API-first development with clean contracts and high reusability.\n\n- Ensure secure, scalable, and extensible service design.\n\n3. Cloud & Platform Engineering : \n\n- Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms (Azure preferred / AWS).\n\n- Work with Kubernetes and containerized environments.\n\n- Ensure high availability and resilience of services.\n\n4. Data Engineering :\n\n- Design and implement data solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Optimize data models for performance and scalability.\n\n5. Event-Driven & Distributed Systems :\n\n- Develop systems leveraging event-driven architecture.\n\n- Handle asynchronous workflows, messaging, and system integration.\n\n6. Engineering Excellence :\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient production-grade code.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.\n\n- Ensure performance optimization and system reliability.\n\n7. Agile & Collaboration :\n\n- Work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Architecture.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n8. Innovation & AI Enablement :\n\n- Leverage AI technologies/Tools to improve system intelligence and automation.\n\n- Contribute to modernization initiatives and platform evolution.\n\n9.
