You’ll partner with engineers and data scientists to build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our core platform-including data pipelines, ML workloads, and real-time analytics systems.\nThis is a (very) hands-on, high-impact role with visibility across the stack and the opportunity to shape the future of our infrastructure and operations. We're hiring onsite at our Supercomputing Research Facility in Dunwoody, GA.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support real-time analytics and machine learning workloads\n\nImprove system reliability and performance through automation, observability, and proactive capacity planning\n\nRespond to customer support issues as well as site operations issues in a timely manner. This position requires participation in a call-in rotation\n\nOwn and evolve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, rollback mechanisms, and config management\n\nOwn processes around Supercomputing facility physical support, including device management, inventory, basic network and system administration, NVidia DGX cluster administration and advanced datacenter systems\n\nImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes (SLOs, runbooks, on-call rotations)\n\nCollaborate across engineering teams to drive a culture of performance and reliability\n\nEnsure security, compliance, and operational readiness across our infrastructure\n\nDrive post-incident analysis and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nWhat Will Help You Succeed\n8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles\n\n5+ years of experience with datacenter operations and/or system and network administration\n\nExperience with containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and systems performance tuning, including strong-to-expert facility with SSH, terminal, shell and the Linux command line.\n\nSolid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)\n\nGood programming skills and ability to apply sound coding principles to IaC and scripting code with languages such as Terraform, Ansible, Bash (shell scripting), and/or Python.\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, OpenTelemetry) Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.)\n\nAbility to debug complex systems and automate solutions in scripting languages\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally\n\nNice-to-Have\nExperience with cloud and managed services (e.g. AWS)\n\nExperience supporting data-intensive platforms (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with security
