It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.\nWhat You Will Do\nHiring and Selection\nSupport the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday\nShare regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges\nOnboarding and Offboarding\nCoordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires\nEnsure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary\nConduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP\nTrack onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up\nConduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP\nEnsure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday\nHR Employee Support\nAct as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC\nCollaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more\nLiaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up\nActively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team\nEngagement Plan Execution Support\nSupport the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)\nCoordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking\nAssist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups\nHR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)\nOwn the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles\nPerform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system\nCross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP\nCoordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies\nPrepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks\nSupport the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews\nMaintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBackground\nA degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field\nExperience\n1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)\nExperience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)\nExposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory\nSkills\nAdvanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English\nGoogle Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required\nAI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)\nAnalytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and
