You will work in SAP across invoicing, accounts receivable (AR) operations, reconciliation and financial reporting, including month-end close.\nWhat You Will Do\nPrepare, verify and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule, including during high-volume billing cycles.\n\nReview bills and billing data before processing to confirm they are complete and correct.\n\nResolve complex billing issues using the Dispute application in SAP.\n\nPost bank receipt entries in the books of account and apply them to customer accounts in SAP, making sure all bank offset accounts and bank-in-transit items are cleared on a weekly basis.\n\nReconcile customer accounts and receivables.\n\nReview, monitor and control the accrued revenue balance to ensure that all accruals are settled.\n\nSupport month-end closing for the billing group and prepare billing and AR financial reports.\n\nRespond to client queries and revise invoices when needed; send hard-copy invoices and Release Orders (ROs) to clients where required.\n\nApply basic tax knowledge when preparing invoices and reconciling accounts, in line with local requirements.\n\nSupport internal and external auditors with billing data, documentation and bill verification, and liaise with other stakeholders as needed.\n\nFollow billing procedures and quality checks, and suggest practical improvements to how we bill and reconcile.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.\n\n4-5 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable or finance operations.\n\nAt least 2 years of hands-on SAP experience (any version, for example SAP ECC or S/4HANA).\n\nStrong accounting fundamentals, including reconciliations, accruals and month-end close.\n\nBasic tax knowledge (a tax specialist background is not needed).\n\nAbility to handle large-volume invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nBasic English proficiency\n\nFlexibility to work across time zones and to put in extended hours during seasonal peaks.\n\nProfessional certifications (for example CPA or CFA) are not required.\n\nNice to have: prior experience in the media or advertising industry; an MBA in Finance.\nWhy Join Aleph\nImpact: Your work keeps billing and revenue flowing for partnerships that help platforms like TikTok, Amazon and Google grow advertising in 130+ markets.\n\nGrowth: We give our internal talent room to grow and learn together; this role builds depth in SAP, AR operations, accrual control and month-end close.\n\nTeam culture: Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives and talents, where people support each other and value open communication and partnership.\n\nMarket context: Digital advertising changes fast, and our finance team sits at the centre of a global, multi-market business.
