You will own high-value client relationships, drive significant revenue, and help build Spotify’s advertising business in the market.\nWhat you will do :-\nOwn and grow a portfolio of Thailand’s leading advertisers and agencies, positioning Spotify as a strategic part of their media plans.\n\nSell Spotify’s advertising solutions to new and existing clients, matching the right products to each client’s objectives.\n\nProspect, source, and close high-value deals with brand advertisers and media agencies, drawing on your existing relationships at senior level.\n\nDeliver against ambitious sales targets consistently while providing an excellent experience for advertisers.\n\nAct as a trusted consultant to clients and agencies, bringing a point of view on audience, media planning, and measurement.\n\nApply a thorough understanding of agency dynamics, campaign buying, digital media planning, and pricing models to shape and win deals.\n\nMeet regularly with prospects and clients to understand their campaign objectives and KPI benchmarks, and recommend solutions that help them succeed.\n\nPartner closely with Client Solutions Managers and regional teams to ensure smooth campaign launches, and share timely, constructive feedback.\n\nRepresent Spotify at industry events, and keep a close watch on market and competitor developments to identify new opportunities.\n\nForecast sales revenue accurately on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.\n\nResolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, and help put measures in place to prevent recurrence.\nWhat we are looking for :-\nProven sales acumen, with a strong track record of winning and growing large, strategic accounts, ideally in a sales organisation.\n\nA strong, established network across Thailand’s media agencies and advertisers, with credibility and relationships at senior planning, buying, and decision-maker level.\n\nIn-depth digital media experience, including digital media planning and buying, programmatic and ad tech, and the major platforms and industry players.\n\nStrong commercial, influencing, and negotiation skills, with direct revenue responsibility.\n\nStrategic thinking, with the ability to advise clients as a consultant and present ideas with confidence at senior level.\n\nOperational discipline, including rigorous CRM and pipeline management.\n\nSolid project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple sales projects.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with working knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to draw insights from data.\n\nExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and proposals clearly and concisely.\n\nDeep understanding of Thailand’s media and advertiser landscape.
