This is a digital advertising sales role for someone who enjoys consultative selling, agency relationships, and commercial ownership across multiple platforms.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBe part of a dynamic team that works across all strategic ad product initiatives.\n\nSell advertising solutions from a portfolio of products to new and existing advertisers across platforms.\n\nProspect, source, and close deals with brand advertisers and media agencies.\n\nUse your expertise in media agency dynamics, campaign buying, digital media planning, and pricing models.\n\nMeet new prospects and existing clients regularly to understand their current and upcoming campaign objectives and KPI benchmarks, and recommend solutions from our product portfolio that help them meet their marketing objectives.\n\nDeliver against sales targets consistently while providing an excellent sales experience to advertisers.\n\nCoordinate with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches, and give timely, effective feedback.\n\nStay up to date with market and competitor movements and new product launches, and attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.\n\nForecast actual and projected sales revenue accurately on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.\n\nManage top categories, including Online Services, FMCG, Consumer Durables and Mobile Headsets, Media and Entertainment, Auto, Real Estate, and Pharma.\n\nResolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, and help implement solutions that prevent future problems.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a similar field.\n\n3+ years of sales experience focused on large accounts: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.\n\nExperience with online advertising, analytics, and social media.\n\nStrong commercial skills, with responsibility for direct revenue.\n\nA demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.\n\nSolid project management skills.\n\nThe ability to manage large customer relationships, work through conflict, and guide groups toward collective business decisions.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English, both internally and externally. Fluency in Slovenian is an advantage.\n\nThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales pitches and projects at once.\n\nA positive attitude and a drive to go above and beyond.\n\nWhat Will Make
