Spotify’s advertising solutions in the South African market through our partnership with Aleph.\n\nLead conversations with brands and agencies, understand their business goals, and help them use Spotify to reach the right audience.\n\nBuild, grow, and manage strong relationships with media agencies and key advertisers.\n\nInspire clients with Spotify’s full range of ad formats, from audio to video to podcast integrations.\n\nEducate partners through impactful presentations, hands-on training, and data-driven storytelling.\n\nOwn the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to campaign strategy, proposal development, and execution.\n\nCollaborate closely with our global Spotify and Aleph teams to ensure client success and campaign excellence.\n\nStay on top of market trends, consumer behavior, and platform innovations to make proactive recommendations.\n\nMaintain accurate pipelines and forecasts in our CRM tools (Salesforce and Spotify systems).\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising sales, or client-facing roles at media agencies or tech platforms.\n\nA deep understanding of how agencies and brands plan, buy, and measure media campaigns, especially in audio or programmatic.\n\nA passion for Spotify, audio innovation, and the evolving digital media landscape.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and insights into action.\n\nHigh attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\n\nA proactive, collaborative mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.\n\nBusiness-level English and strong knowledge of the South African media market.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus.\n\nWhat Will
