book of business, delivering quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business, renewals, and upsell.\n\nProspect, pitch, and close new clients across agencies, brands, and e-commerce retailers.\n\nBuild and execute account growth plans that create win-win outcomes for Criteo and its clients.\n\nMaintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and disciplined account planning.\n\nClient and agency partnership\nBuild trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies, brands, and retailers, acting as a strategic advisor.\n\nLead business reviews, planning sessions, and joint business plans, aligning on objectives, audiences, and measurement.\n\nUnderstand clients’ business challenges and translate them into clear advertising strategies and Criteo solutions.\n\nCampaign strategy and measurement\nPartner with clients and internal teams to plan campaigns, interpret performance, and recommend optimizations.\n\nGuide clients on KPIs, attribution, and measurement, including performance and retail media outcomes.\n\nWork closely with Client Solutions and Account Management colleagues to monitor delivery, revenue pacing, and in-flight performance, and to act quickly on risks and opportunities.\n\nMarket leadership and collaboration\nStay current on Criteo product updates, ad-tech trends, and the Egyptian and wider MENA digital advertising market.\n\nCollaborate with product, analytics, creative, and operations colleagues to deliver a strong client experience.\n\nRepresent Criteo at industry events, client meetings, and conferences.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n4+ years in digital advertising, ad-tech, or media sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.\n\nEstablished relationships with agencies, brands, or e-commerce retailers, or a proven ability to build them.\n\nA strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, retargeting, performance marketing, retail media, and measurement.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.\n\nA data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn performance insights into clear client recommendations.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales cycles independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFluency in Arabic and English,
