You will work across multiple leading advertising platforms in an international, fast-paced environment where your contribution has real visibility and impact.\nWhat You Will Do\nDrive new business by prospecting, networking, and building your own pipeline.\nAdvise and build relationships with decision-makers at performance agencies and key merchants, helping them get the most from multiple advertising platforms.\nLead client pitches and sales conversations.\nTake ownership of sales forecasts, KPIs, and reporting.\nAct as a trusted partner to clients, proactively solving challenges and ensuring long-term success.\nCollaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience.\nHelp shape and execute the local go-to-market strategy in Kenya.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAround 3 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales. An agency, platform, or direct sales background is preferred.\nA strong understanding of the Kenyan digital advertising ecosystem, with good connections in the local market.\nComfort managing your own sales process and working independently to hit targets.\nFluency in English.
