You will own a book of business, plan spend with each client, and spot where a client could scale further or move into another platform.\nThis is a revenue-focused, client-facing role. With 90+ offices worldwide, we equip our sales teams to grow through exclusive partnerships and local expertise.\nWhat You Will Do:\nGrow the existing book of business\nBuild account plans and revenue forecasts based on each client's current spend and scaling plans\nIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including clients not yet spending on an adjacent platform\nManage your pipeline and keep accurate CRM records of all sales activity\nForecast revenue weekly, monthly and annually, and deliver against your targets\nLead client and agency relationships\nMeet regularly with clients and agencies to understand campaign objectives, KPIs and marketing plans\nRecommend the right solutions from our product portfolio to help clients reach their goals\nLead onboarding for new clients, including legal and compliance requirements\nGive clients timely, practical feedback to improve performance and strengthen the relationship\nShape new business and work across teams\nSet the direction for new-business opportunities in Croatia, based on market trends and competitor activity. Our business development team handles outreach and prospecting.\nWork closely with Client Solutions Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution\nBuild your network across key verticals through industry events and market engagement\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-7 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or a related digital marketing or ad-tech sales role\nExperience with account planning and revenue forecasting\nExperience with upsell, cross-sell and pipeline management across more than one product or platform\nStrong communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for clients\nFluency in Croatian and English\nNice to have\nExperience using AI tools in your day-to-day work\nWorking knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting\nExperience with Salesforce or another CRM (this can be learned on the job)\nExisting relationships with Croatian media agencies or advertisers\nWe welcome candidates from agencies, media companies and client-side teams.
