This is a project-based engagement.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn end-to-end recruitment for the project’s open roles, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and close.\nPartner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements and offer strategic guidance that supports informed hiring decisions.\nBuild and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the globe.\nConduct market analysis and share insights on talent pools, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends.\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align on hiring needs, headcount, and timelines.\nEnsure a fair, equitable, and engaging approach to attracting and assessing candidates.\nTrack and report on recruitment metrics, using data to optimize your pipeline and meet project deadlines.\nDeliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nMaintain accurate and timely records in our applicant tracking system.\nProvide a clean handover of pipelines, documentation, and learnings at the end of the project.\nWhat You Need For This Role:\nA valid UAE work visa that permits you to work on a freelance or contract basis. Candidates must hold their own visa; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this engagement.\n5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.\nProven experience managing high-volume or multi-role hiring projects to tight deadlines.\nConfidence working autonomously and taking accountability for outcome, but also working together with a team and collaborating across projects.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.\nFluency in English.\nSolid understanding of the EMEA and APAC talent market.\nExperience working with diverse teams and cultures.\nAbility to think both strategically and tactically, balancing project goals with day-to-day execution.\nImmediate or short-notice availability.\nWhat Will Make Us Really Love You:\nYou have
