In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, driving performance insights, and supporting business strategy across the organization.\nResponsibilities :\nPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.\nOversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.\nAnalyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.\nReview, monitor, and manage budgets.\nCollaborate with internal, external, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.\nPrepare all required tax reporting and compliance forms and ensure timely compliances.\nHandles all the types of audits.\nMonitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.\nDevelop strategies to minimize financial risk.\nEstablish and enforce financial compliance policies and procedures.\nContinuously refine compliance frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nComply with all financial regulations and standards.\nWhat you will need :\n6+ years of proven work experience as a Financial Manager or similar role for APAC Region\nStrong experience with APAC Compliances\nStrong knowledge of accounting, data analysis and forecasting methods\nAbility to strategize and solve problems\nProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP)\nStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data\nProfessional certification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a
