A master's degree is a plus.\nProven experience (5 to 8 years) managing IT projects, including technical or digital\ntransformation projects delivered end to end as the accountable lead.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams\nin parallel, plan critical paths and dependencies, and track delivery through KPIs and risk, issue\nand dependency logs.\nExperience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering\ncommittees, change control and post-implementation reviews.\nHands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.\nPMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.\nExperience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or\nintegration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.\nHands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based\nassistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including\nassessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing\npilots through to adoption.\nExperience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as\nreporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables\ntooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.\nStrong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,\ndatabases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for\nbudget tracking and reporting.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex\ninformation to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,\nnegotiation and conflict resolution.\nFluent English.\nWhy join Aleph:\nVisible, business-critical impact: your projects shape how Aleph’s Finance function closes the books, pays and gets paid across 130+ markets.
