Act as a trusted consultant, embedding yourself in their business.\n Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Lead client education, conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), and present performance analysis that tells a story and provides clear, actionable recommendations.\nOrchestrate Flawless Execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and reporting. Proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance.\nIdentify and Drive Growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.\nBe the Voice of the Client: Work seamlessly with internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, as well as with our platform partners, to ensure client feedback informs our strategies and product offerings.\nMain Responsibilities\nWork together with Client Partner during pitching to and onboarding of digital performance agencies and direct advertisers to Reddit Ads.\nSupport clients during campaign set up and optimization, campaign performance analysis and budget planning.\nClosely collaborate with Reddit team for client pitches and technical and ads policy issue resolutions.\nEnsure proper contractual setup, invoicing and Reddit Ads account setup for each client.\nPitch Reddit’s advertising solutions and community-driven value to local agencies and brands.\nManage relationships with clients, helping them understand how to best benefit from Reddit advertising.\nBe the voice of the market and share product feedback with Reddit and Aleph.\nCollaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure clients succeed.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience working at digital performance agencies is a plus.\nFluency in English and German.
