In this role, you will collaborate closely with international clients to build, scale, and optimize high-performance mobile applications in the interactive gaming and digital entertainment space. You will leverage modern Android development standards, modern AI tooling, and clean architecture to deliver slick, reliable user experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Design and build advanced, responsive UI for mobile gaming and interactive applications using Jetpack Compose.\n\n Implement maintainable, scalable, and testable code adhering to Clean Architecture and MVVM design patterns.\n\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, and QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\n Work closely with international clients and native English stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and report progress.\n\n Utilize AI-assisted developer tools to accelerate build cycles and optimize code efficiency.\n\n Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through proper lifecycle management and integration of modern Android libraries.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\n Jetpack Compose: Hands-on experience delivering at least 1–2 projects using Jetpack Compose.\n\n Modern AI Integration: Practical experience utilizing agentic AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to optimize workflow and coding productivity.\n\n Architecture & Fundamentals: Strong understanding of Android application lifecycles and practical application of Clean Architecture and MVVM patterns.\n\n Libraries & Ecosystem: Solid knowledge of a broad range of Android frameworks, dependencies, and third-party libraries.\n\n Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong confidence to communicate directly with native English speakers.\n\n Work Arrangement: Willingness and ability to work On-Site (WFO) at our office in Gatot Subroto, Jakarta Selatan.\n\nQualifications\n\n Have at least 1-2 projects with Jetpack Compose\n\n Experienced with agentic AI (cursor, claude, github copilot)\n\n Experienced with CI CD for android would be good\n\n Understand about separation of concern (clean arch, MVVM)\n\n Experienced working in a scrum team would be good\n\n Fluent in english and have confidence communicating with native speakers\n\n Good understanding of android lifecycle\n\n Good range of frameworks and libraries used in
