You will be responsible for building highly available, distributed and enterprise Java-based applications, where system performance is critical. You will get an opportunity to work in a team of highly ambitious and capable colleagues, all with strong views about solutions, technologies, and delivery.\nYou will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and analyze user requirements\nWork with other members of a planning team to develop a prototype plan for an enterprise system, including what key features system users require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing systems that will transition into the new system built down the road.\nDevelop modules of the initial enterprise system plan and work with the development team by coding advanced portions of the modules and delegating routine coding to junior Java developers\nConduct the testing of completed code modules with the help of junior Java developers, fixing code as needed to ensure a smooth system deployment with the intended functionality\nPlan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle\nBuild, test and support mobile/web applications\nRecommend software solutions to emerging needs in banking functionality and report ability\nPrioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle\nEnsure our applications are secure and up-to-date\n\nPrerequisites\nAt least 7 years of relevant experience in software development\nAt least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or a related field\nStrong experienced in Java/J2EE, SQL, JSP, Servlet, JDBC, RESTful Services, Web Services, XML, JSON\nStrong experience in application development frameworks such as EJB, Camel, Springboot, Hibernate, myBatis in the Java platform\nStrong experience in Rabbit MQ, Kafka\nKnowledge of Oracle, DB2 or similar database management system\nCI tools experience ie.
