This is a senior digital advertising sales role for someone with extensive experience, a strong industry network, and the ability to manage large, complex, multi-million international digital advertising projects.\nWhat You Will Do\nDefine and execute the market entry strategy for our products and boost sales in Latvia.\n\nTake responsibility for results delivery across the region.\n\nBuild, retain, and grow a dedicated book of business made up of top agencies and advertisers.\n\nConsistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and other defined KPIs.\n\nBuild and nurture a broad network of customer and industry relationships.\n\nDevelop short-term and long-term revenue strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.\n\nCo-develop the market through workshops, seminars, PR, and education.\n\nPlan and execute winning account strategies.\n\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external sales support stakeholders on managed products.\n\nReport to the product partner team.\n\nMaximize customer satisfaction and retention.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA strong background in media sales, with demonstrable knowledge of online marketing and advertising.\n\nA highly customer-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nA systematic way of working, combined with a strong can-do attitude.\n\nA highly analytical, data-focused mindset, with the ability to think both strategically and creatively.\n\nTech curiosity, with knowledge of Sheets, PowerPoint, and Keynote. Experience with Salesforce, DSM, and DFP is a plus.\n\nStrong knowledge of the Latvian and wider Baltic advertising markets.\n\nBusiness-level English and Latvian, written and spoken.\n\nComfort with ambiguity and complexity, and a proactive approach to problem solving.\n\nA focus on delivering business-critical results for clients rather than simply selling media.\n\nClose connections with key
